Introduction

Since Afghanistan has been engaged in war for many years and due to security risks, contagious diseases such as the Coronavirus, or oppressive policies of some governments, education for girls has been banned; we decided to launch the first online school platform dedicated to Afghan girls

Education is one of the basic human needs. It is among the most essential and vital needs of humanity. However, in recent years, extensive restrictions have been imposed on Afghanistan’s education system — especially for girls. Women and girls make up half of society, and no one can ignore their role and presence in the future of the country

Considering the restrictions imposed on girls’ education and their growing expansion, we decided to create an online educational website dedicated to Afghan girls; a place where core subjects from Grade 1 to Grade 12 are accessible to all girls across provinces and districts — online and free of charge

Design a system where each lesson is accessible with minimal size and the lowest internet speed

Methods

Female teachers of Grades 1–12 and preschool instructors can participate by recording their own educational videos.
Simply record your lesson in a quiet environment, with clear sound and bright visuals.
The Hooshko team, after receiving the videos, edits them and prepares them for display with the teacher’s name, lesson title, and appropriate quality settings.
These videos are available online 24/7 and downloadable for female students.

Teacher Collaboration Invitation

If you are a female teacher, simply record a three-minute sample teaching video without showing your face, easily with your mobile phone, and send it to us so we can test your method and proficiency before moving to the contract stage

After reviewing and approving your teaching method, an official cooperation contract will be signed with you, and a fair payment will be provided as teaching compensation. You will receive the necessary training for standard video recording so you can use a mobile phone and a whiteboard, either without showing your image or with your image while wearing proper covering and mask, to record a high-quality educational video. Internet costs for sending lessons will also be paid to you separately

Project Launch and Support Details

Unfortunately, for many reasons, a standard online educational system for Afghan girls has not yet been created. God willing, we have decided to launch the first online education platform so that each lesson can be accessed with minimal size and the lowest internet speed.

Website Name and Future Opportunities

The final name of the educational website will be chosen based on suggestions and votes from participating teachers. In addition to free courses, premium projects and private tutoring sections are also planned so that teachers can earn income from their advanced educational programs.

Question: I am a teacher; how can I earn permanent income through this platform?

✅ Official Contract and Fixed Teaching Fee: After sending a sample video and approval of teaching quality, a cooperation contract will be signed with you, and for each lesson or course you will receive a fair payment as a teaching fee. Internet costs for sending videos will also be paid separately
✅ Premium Courses (Private and Advanced): You can offer your exclusive courses in the premium section. Students pay a registration fee to access your classes, creating direct income for you
✅ Live Online Classes: The possibility of holding live classes with students exists. You can conduct classes from home using a mobile phone or laptop and receive payment for each session
✅ Personal Branding: Your name and expertise will be displayed alongside each video. This helps students and families recognize you and approach you for private courses or educational consultation
✅ Rewards and Financial Support: The Hooshko team provides special rewards for teachers with the highest participation. There is also the possibility of financial support through sponsors and donors, part of which will be allocated to teachers
